The sauce used for yakisoba can be easily made at home. Even if you have made yakisoba before, I recommend trying this recipe for those who feel that the taste of the sauce differs from the authentic flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Japanese Worcestershire sauce (such as Kagome or Bull-Dog brand)
  • 1 Tbsp sake
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp ketchup

Instructions

  • In a bowl, put all the ingredients (Japanese Worcestershire sauce, sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup), and mix them together.

Notes

  • You can store it in the refrigerator for up to a month.
