Ingredients
  

  • 5.3 oz. (150g) green bell peppers
  • ½ Tbsp sesame oil
  • 0.23 oz. (6.5g) shio kombu (salted kelp)

Instructions

  • Remove the stems and seeds from the green bell peppers, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan. Once the pan is heated, add the green bell peppers and sauté over medium heat until they soften. Then, turn off the heat and mix in the shio kombu to blend the flavors.
