Instructions
Slice the chikuwa into ¼-inch (6 mm) pieces and the cucumber into ⅛-inch (3 mm) rounds.
Put the chikuwa and cucumber in a bowl, then toss them with the seasonings (wasabi, Japanese mayonnaise, and soy sauce) until well coated.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle shredded nori seaweed on top to taste.
