Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 Tbsp miso
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (can be substituted with mild-flavored oil)
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar (can be substituted with lemon juice)
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients (miso, water, extra virgin olive oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and ground black pepper) in a bowl and mix well until the miso is fully dissolved and the mixture is emulsified.

Notes

  • You can store it in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep in mind that it doesn't last as long as other homemade dressings because water is used to dissolve miso.
