What is Japanese Butter and Soy Sauce Rice?

It's ideal for those times when you have rice but feel it's a tedious to prepare other dishes, or when you've finished all the other dishes and only rice is left. However, just because it's easy to make and delicious, it's important not to eat this dish alone every day. For the sake of your health, make sure to incorporate protein and vegetables into your meal.
Butter options
Butter and Soy Sauce Rice is prepared using butter made from cow's milk. You can use either salted or unsalted butter, depending on your preference. I always use salted butter, but if you opt for unsalted butter, you might want to add a slightly larger amount of soy sauce.
As toppings
Butter and Soy Sauce Rice is often enjoyed simply with butter and soy sauce. However, you can enhance its flavor by adding extra toppings, such as shaved bonito flakes and nori seaweed. Feel free to customize it according to your preferences.

To Store
You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. However, refrigeration will cause the rice to harden, so freezing is recommended.
